The Learning and Development (L&D) department is responsible for effectively and efficiently delivering the upskilling needs of the company, ranging from diverse technical subjects to innovative managerial and leadership subjects. The learning journeys are designed such that they guide trainees through the four stages of the competency cycle. The department is at the forefront of enabling Tres Vista as a Learning Organization.About the Role:We are seeking a strategic Learning and development Consultant to join our learning consulting team. This role is ideal for experienced L&D professionals who are ready to transition into a more strategic, solution-oriented position. It offers a unique opportunity for senior trainers or facilitators to evolve into future L&D leaders by driving business impact through innovative and practical learning strategiesKey Responsibilities:Learning Consulting & Problem SolvingAct as a strategic advisor to business units by diagnosing performance challenges and proposing high-quality and practical learning solutions. This should be done using a structured problem-solving approach from conducting Training Needs Identification (TNI) to measuring Return on Investment (ROI)Strategic Training Needs Analysis (TNA)Conduct in-depth assessments to identify skill gaps, root causes, and opportunities for impactful learning interventionsSolution ArchitectureDesign scalable, business-aligned learning strategies grounded in adult learning principles and modern instructional design frameworksLearning Modality AdvisoryRecommend optimal learning formats (digital, blended, experiential) tailored to user needs and business goalsStakeholder EngagementCollaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and leadership to co-create effective learning roadmapsMeasurement & ROIDefine success metrics, evaluate learning effectiveness, and drive continuous improvementProcess OptimizationEnhance L&D processes for greater agility, efficiency, and impactThought LeadershipStay updated on L&D trends and contribute innovative ideas to shape the organization’s AI first learning strategyRequired Qualifications and Skills8-13 years of progressive experience in L&D, with a strong focus on consulting and strategic solutioningProven ability to diagnose business challenges and architect learning solutions that drive measurable performanceExpertise in solutioning, adult learning modalities, and learning technologiesStrong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with learning analytics, LMS platforms, and blended learning strategiesStrategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive change across organizational levelsComfortable working in a fast-paced, and dynamic environmentEducational Qualifications and Certifications:Any Graduate or Postgraduate (HR, Organizational Development, or L&D is preferred)Preferred Attributes:Experience managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneouslyExposure to agile learning methodologies and digital transformation in L&DBackground in organizational development or change management is a plusPassionate about innovation, continuous learning, and delivering business impactWhy Join Us:Lead strategic learning initiatives that address real business challengesCollaborate with forward-thinking leaders in a dynamic environmentOpportunities to grow into senior leadership roles in L&DPathway to a long-term career in a purpose-driven, impact-oriented organizationCompensationThe compensation structure will be as per industry standards
