Role Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will lead the design and implementation of AI-driven applications. From crafting intuitive frontends to architecting robust backend systems, your expertise will help us deliver world-class software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Architect and develop full-stack solutions with a focus on performance and scalability.

· Work with cross-functional teams to meet project, client and company objectives

· Build intuitive user interfaces using React.js, aligned with UX/UI designs.

· Develop efficient backend systems with databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

· Integrate systems with REST APIs to ensure seamless functionality.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical development with business goals.

· Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and improve team efficiency.

· Troubleshoot and debug complex web applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Ability to develop adaptive screens for different screen form factors (desktop, mobile, tab)

· Familiarity with understanding UX workflows in tools like Figma etc.

· Experience working with code repositories (GitHub etc.), development and CI/CD workflow

· Frontend Development: Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS3, HTML5.

· Backend Development: Strong expertise in Node.js or Python frameworks.

· Database Management: Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

· API Integration: Advanced skills in building and integrating REST APIs.

· Cloud and Containers: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

· Problem Solving: A sharp analytical mind for debugging and optimizing applications.

Preferred Skills

· Experience with microservices and multi-tenant architectures.

· Knowledge of Generative AI technologies.

· Experience building platforms and products
