Support the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions across the organization, ensuring timely closure of requirements as per business needs.Location: M G Road SecunderabadDepartment: Human Resources – Talent AcquisitionExperience: 1–3 Years (NON IT Recruitment / HR)Qualification: MBA in HR preferredKey Responsibilities:Recruitment Support:- Assist in understanding manpower requirements from hiring managers.- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and consultants.- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability.- Schedule and coordinate interviews with panel members.- Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.Candidate Engagement- Ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and keep them engaged until onboarding.- Assist in offer roll-out and Documentations processRecruitment Operations- Update and maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.- Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and timelines.- Coordinate with external recruitment partners when required.Skills Required:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).- Good coordination and follow-up abilities.- Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting.- Ability to work under tight deadlines.RegardsHR Team
