This will be India's first event of this scale, dedicated to truly embedding Japanese pop culture (specifically the creator-driven culture akin to Doujinshi events) into the local community. The challenge is immense: bridging the gap between a love for Japanese content and fostering a local creator support culture. Event Operations: Creating the Ultimate On-Site Experience You will be at the core of day-of event management , ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for all 15,000 attendees. This involves designing and executing critical on-the-ground functions, such as VIP handling, managing the Ticket Office, and providing Booth Sales Support. Promotion & Outreach: Sparking Community Hype This role is the frontline for maximizing attendance and brand recognition . You will devise and execute the Campus Ambassador strategy, lead offline community-focused marketing campaigns, and drive outreach efforts. By deeply integrating into local communities and building a base of fervent fans, you will elevate the festival from a simple event to a powerful cultural movement . Digital Strategy: Generating Viral Buzz Online You will manage the crucial domain of SNS marketing and digital content . This includes planning strategies, creating and managing eye-catching Reel videos , and developing content tailored to resonate with the local otaku culture. By generating online buzz and creating viral content, you will attract prospective attendees and fuel an explosive level of anticipation for the festival. Building the Foundation for Future Growth Your mission will be to support the strategic foundation of the festival through partnerships. This involves assisting with securing and negotiating alliances with local schools, organizations, and key stakeholders. By establishing robust, strategic partnerships, you will ensure the event’s long-term success and permanence as a vital hub for cultural exchange. We are not handing you a complete manual. Adaptability to Chaos: You are flexible enough to handle unexpected issues and sudden changes in direction, viewing such situations as opportunities for growth. #Who Should Apply: Students (Undergraduate/Graduate) or Professionals (Pro Bono, Side Project, or Internship capacity).
