Join our team at Harkara Immigration Inc. as an International Student Admissions & Immigration Assistant

We are a Canadian-based immigration consultancy with a strong focus on assisting students with admissions to top universities and colleges in Canada, the USA, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team remotely and support our student admission and immigration application processes.

Key Responsibilities: Including but not limited to

Student Admissions:

  • Send checklists to prospective students
  • Conduct pre-application consultations to assess student eligibility and recommend suitable programs
  • Assist with Statement of Purpose (SOP) preparation
  • Collect and organize Letters of Recommendation (LORs)
  • Prepare and send invoices
  • Track student applications and manage deadlines

Application Assistance:

  • Complete immigration and admission forms accurately
  • Gather required information from clients through effective communication
  • Utilize our CRM software to manage client communication and track application progress
  • Liaise with universities and colleges to resolve application issues

Immigration Support:

  • Asist Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and team members to complete the assigned tasks
  • Provide guidance on study permits, visas, and other immigration requirements
  • Prepare and review immigration documents
  • Assist students with pre-departure arrangements

Additional Duties:

  • Participate in marketing and outreach activities to attract potential students
  • Supporting RCIC and other team members as needed
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest immigration and education regulations
  • Contributing to the overall success of the consultancy
  • Maintain a strong understanding of immigration laws and regulations
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in international education and immigration

Client Communication:

  • Maintaining regular communication with clients via email, phone, and CRM
  • Addressing client inquiries and providing updates on their applications

Location: Remote (India) with Future Relocation to Hyderabad

Salary: INR 15,000 per month during the 45-day probationary period, with a competitive commission structure based on performance. Permanent offer with a hike based on performance after probation.

  • Benefits: Total Bonus: ₹ 2,500 Rs.
  • Signing up bonus one-time: ₹ 1,000 +
  • Work Schedule bonus given every month ₹ 1,500

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  • Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM software.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Experience: Prior experience in immigration or student admissions is an asset.

  • Laptop/Computer: You'll need your own laptop or computer to perform your duties.

Shift Timings:

  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST Vancouver time (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST)
