We're seeking a visionary Co-Founder & CTO to lead the technical development of our innovative gaming startup. As a key member of the founding team, you'll be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from conception to deployment. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our company and driving its growth.
Responsibilities:
Product Vision: Share the product vision and strategy, aligning with the company's overall goals.
Technical Leadership: Lead the technical team, ensuring efficient and effective execution of development tasks.
Game Development: Oversee the entire game development process, including design, programming, and testing.
Technology Selection: Choose the right technologies and frameworks to build a scalable and high-performance product.
Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a talented team of engineers and developers.
Deployment and Maintenance: Ensure seamless deployment and ongoing maintenance of the game.
Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize game performance and user experience.
Data Analysis: Analyze user data to identify trends and inform future development decisions.
Fundraising and Partnerships: Collaborate with the CEO to raise funds and forge strategic partnerships.
Qualifications:
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in game development engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.
Experience in leading and managing technical teams.
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of game design principles.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
A proven track record of shipping successful games.
