SEGV Tours is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid marketing activities , especially on platforms like Google Ads and Instagram Ads .


We are looking for an experienced professional with demonstrated history of improving the performance of digital marketing campaigns .


This is a unique opportunity to work closely with company leadership and a talented graphic artist to drive the success of our digital marketing campaigns.


Office Location : Gulmohar Enclave (near Green Park Metro Station), New Delhi


Preferred skills and qualifications


  • Experience: Proven leadership in managing successful end-to-end marketing campaigns, including both search and social media.


  • Hands-on Experience with performance marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to: Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahref, Meta Business Suite, etc


Role Objectives


1) End-to-End Campaign Execution

  • Collaborate with the graphic designer/video editor/website designer to create impactful campaign creatives.
  • Set up and manage ad campaigns across Google and social media platforms
  • Optimize campaign elements, including:
  • Google Ads : Headlines, descriptions, landing pages, and query forms
  • Instagram Ads : Captions, descriptions, and other creative elements.
  • Continuously refine ad settings to enhance performance.
  • Ensuring delivery of marketing outcomes laid out before setting up the campaign


2) Strategic Planning & Positioning

  • Develop a marketing plan with measurable KPIs (e.g., target CPC, conversion rates, etc.) for Google Ads and social media ads, ensuring these efforts lead to tangible improvements in the company's lead generation and conversion rates.


3) Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Perform keyword analysis, competitor research, and market analysis to shape effective strategies.
  • Maintain analytics reporting across platforms to derive actionable insights, enabling continuous improvement of campaigns.
  • Continuously test, measure, and evolve campaigns to maximize impact and stay ahead in a dynamic market.


4) Leadership in Campaign Management

  • Take full ownership of the marketing campaigns meeting their planned objectives from concept to execution
  • Develop business plans for campaigns, advise clear budgets, monitor execution closely, and adapt strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Demonstrate initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth.
