The company values technical excellence, innovation, and an unyielding commitment to product quality. *Oversee all quality management activities ensuring conformity to aerospace and defence standards (AS9100/MIL/QMS). - Develop, implement, and continuously improve the companys quality systems and certification programs. - Conduct in-depth process audits, root cause analyses, and corrective actions to enhance process reliability. - Partner with production, procurement, and engineering for material, process, and documentation compliance. - Apply advanced quality tools: Prepare for and lead customer, regulatory, and internal audits; Mentor quality personnel, drive a culture of continuous improvement, and champion high standards across operations. *Bachelors/Master’s in Chemical Engineering from a leading institute (IIT/NIT/equivalent). - 8–12 years hands-on experience in quality management in electrical, cable/wire, or aerospace/defence manufacturing. - Deep understanding of relevant materials, chemical processes, and regulations. - Strong track record with quality systems and certifications (ISO, AS9100, etc.). - Excellent academic background, quality orientation, analytical skills, and leadership. - Passionate about quality, innovation, and continuous improvement - Role: Quality Assurance - Other Industry Type: Education / Training Department: Quality Assurance Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Quality Assurance - Other UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical Tech in Chemical
