As a Senior MLOps Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying and optimizing machine learning models at scale in containerized environments using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate, optimize, and maintain machine learning workflows.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and optimize containerized ML models using Docker and related technologies.Work with PyTorch and TensorFlow to deploy machine learning models in cloud-based environments.Integrate ML models with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, particularly for container deployment (e.g., GKE , Cloud Run , Artifact Registry ).Optimize performance of ML model inference workflows and ensure high-efficiency serving on GPUs using high-performance inference servers (e.g., vLLM ).Build and maintain Docker containers for scalable ML deployment, including dependency resolution for a Google Cloud dedicated model garden.Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation for container creation, deployment, and management processes.Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure production readiness of machine learning solutions.Mandatory Skills✔ 8+ years of hands-on experience in deploying and optimizing machine learning models.✔ Strong expertise in PyTorch and TensorFlow for model deployment and optimization.✔ Experience with Docker including Dockerfile creation , multi-stage builds , and container optimization.✔ Solid understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , particularly GKE , Cloud Run , and Artifact Registry for containerized deployment.✔ Hands-on experience with high-performance inference servers (e.g., vLLM ) for optimizing model serving on GPUs .✔ Experience in building and maintaining containerized workflows for ML models and resolving dependencies.✔ Ability to write clear, detailed documentation for model deployment, container management, and best practices.✔ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Git for version control.
