About the Role:
Antaha LLC seeks psychology professionals, ideally with a master's degree or nearing completion, for our Compassionate Buddy Independent contractual role in Bangalore.
As a CB, you'll be deeply involved in facilitating one-on-one support sessions, organizing community events, and working with aspiring psychologists to create a supportive learning community. You will have the unique opportunity to lead both online and offline wellness experiences, including traveling globally to curate and guide meaningful events, contributing to Antaha's mission of well-being and mental health support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Deep Support: Facilitate one-on-one sessions to guide and support community members through challenges.
* Mentorship & Community Building: Work closely with aspiring psychologists in India to develop a vibrant learning environment.
* Curate and Lead Experiences: Organize and lead online and offline events in Bangalore, including hosting group meditation sessions and community-building activities.
* Engagement & Representation: Represent Antaha at local events and gatherings in Bangalore, engaging with potential clients and community members.
*Training: Undergo an 8 week training to align with the process and work.
* Resource Creation: Develop wellness materials and resources that promote awareness and understanding of mental health.
* Hybrid Working Style: Comfortable working both remotely and in-person for events and gatherings in Bangalore.
*Engaging & Social Media Savvy: Comfortable using social media platforms and engaging with people.
