Key Responsibilities: Assist Site Construction Manager in the following areas: Project Management: Oversee the construction of hospitals and medical college buildings from inception to completion.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.

Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate a team of engineers, architects, and construction workers.

Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.

Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely completion.

Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Track expenses and manage resources efficiently to stay within budget constraints.

Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high standards of construction.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety regulations.

Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.

Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Technical Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices to solve complex construction challenges.

Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.

Problem Solving: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Resolve any issues that arise during construction, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.

Qualifications: B.

Tech in Civil Engineering.

15+ years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in hospital and medical college projects.

Proven track record of managing large-scale institutional building projects.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal guidelines.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Willingness to relocate to Ranchi.

Preferred Skills: Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Knowledge of green building practices and sustainability principles.

Experience with budget management and cost control.
