The role demands strong creativity, analytical skills, trend awareness, and the ability to lead campaigns end-to-end.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives.- Plan monthly social media calendars, campaign ideas, and content directions.- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and video teams to produce high-quality content.- Monitor performance metrics, optimize content, and share weekly/monthly reports.- Manage social media pages across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, You Tube, etc.- Stay updated with latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform features.- Handle community management: responding to comments, DMs, and fostering brand engagement.- Assist in brainstorming campaigns, content themes, and brand storytelling.- Work closely with the performance marketing team to align organic and paid strategies.- Analyze competitor activities and generate insights for improvement.Requirements- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager in a digital marketing agency.- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content formats.- Ability to think creatively and strategically.- Basic understanding of design aesthetics and video content planning.- Excellent communication and project management skills.- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.- Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaboration handling is a plus.
