Role: Technical Recruiter / Senior Technical RecruiterWork location: Vadodara, Gujarat - Fully OnsiteRole type: Full-timeWork schedule & timing: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM ISTNote: We are having 2 openings - Technical Recruiter (2-3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience), Senior Technical Recruiter (5-7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience) - Any region/geographyCore ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment:- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer acceptance and on-boarding.- Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical and non-technical positions.Sourcing and Talent Mapping:- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.- Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.Screening and Evaluation:- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.- Coordinate technical assessments and feedback sessions with internal teams.Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:- Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).- Track and report key recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.Mentorship and Collaboration:- Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices within the team.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for recruitment process improvement.Key Skills Required:- Strong understanding of technical roles (Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Infrastructure, etc.).- Excellent sourcing skills using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools.- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.- Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
