We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Java Developer to drive the technical direction and execution of our core platforms. As a Java Developer, you will be a hands-on leader responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from design to deployment. You will be a part of team in the design and implementation of complex Java applications that power our mission-critical solutions for the financial services industry. Your role will involve mentoring team members, ensuring high standards of code quality, and making key architectural decisions. Code Quality & Standards: Conduct independent code reviews, identify and apply appropriate Design Patterns , and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and compliance with design specifications. Software Development Lifecycle: Independently manage software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging. You will take ownership of the full lifecycle of applications from conception to deployment and maintenance. Required Skills & Experience Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in software development Strong with both Front-end and Back-end Technologies. Strong with Data structures and algorithms Strong proficiency in J2EE , Spring , and Spring Boot frameworks. Expertise in Microservices architecture and building RESTful web services . Hands on with NoSQL or SQL databases is must. In-depth knowledge of Multithreading and the Collections framework. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Java applications . Experience with Cloud deployment (CI/CD) on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Communication: Must have strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Attention to Detail: Possess a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, well-tested solutions.
