Our strength lies in disciplined execution, safety, and long-term performance of our projects.Role OverviewThe Project Coordinator – Renewable Energy (Solar & BESS) will support the Project Manager in planning, coordination, tracking, and execution of solar and BESS projects. The role focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination, timely information flow, and follow-ups across internal teams, vendors, and site teams.This role is ideal for someone early in their project execution career who wants to learn end-to-end project delivery in renewable energy.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & Tracking- Assist the Project Manager in preparing and updating project schedules- Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress against milestones- Maintain project trackers, MOMs, and documentation2. Cross-functional Coordination- Coordinate with Engineering, SCM, Finance, and site teams- Follow up on material dispatches, deliveries, and site readiness- Support resolution of routine execution issues3. Site & Vendor Coordination- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site supervisors- Track manpower deployment and site activities- Support inspections, testing, and commissioning activities4. Reporting & Communication- Prepare regular progress reports for internal and client review- Document issues, risks, and action items- Ensure timely closure of assigned tasksIdeal Candidate ProfileRequired:- 1–4 years of experience in solar EPC / electrical / infrastructure projects- Basic understanding of solar project execution- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and documentation- Willingness to travel to project sites- Strong follow-up and coordination skillsPreferred:- Exposure to BESS projects- Familiarity with drawings, BOQs, and schedules- Diploma / B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil EngineeringWhat Makes This Role Attractive- Hands-on exposure to Solar & BESS project execution- Opportunity to learn directly from an experienced Project Manager- Clear growth path into Project Engineer / Project Manager roles- Real on-ground experience in clean energy projectsCareer Growth Path- Project Coordinator- Assistant Project Manager- Project Manager- Project Delivery / Operations Leadership roles
