Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter at Nextgen Technologies Inc in Vadodara. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, IT recruitment, hiring, technical recruiting, and recruiting for the company. The role involves identifying and sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the recruitment process.
Qualifications
Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and IT recruitment
Strong knowledge and understanding of technical roles and requirements
Adept in sourcing and attracting top talent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Certifications in HR or Recruitment are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various IT and Non-IT positions through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
-Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
-Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
-Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring they are up-to-date and compelling to potential candidates.
-Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all candidate information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
-Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
