Position - Test Manager - Automation Location - Chennai /Pune / Bangalore Notice - Immediate to 15 Days Project Start date - 29th Nov'24. Job Description: Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers focused on UI automation. Provide technical guidance and support in the development and execution of UI test automation strategies. Define and implement a comprehensive UI test automation strategy in alignment with project goals and quality standards. Evaluate and select appropriate UI testing frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Appium, TOSCA, Katalon or others. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create detailed UI test plans. Oversee the execution of UI test cases and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Lead the development and maintenance of UI Automation Framework and Automated test scripts. Ensure scripts are scalable, maintainable, and provide efficient test coverage. Work closely with development teams to identify, report, and troubleshoot defects. Implement effective defect management processes within the UI automation framework. Integrate UI automation into the CI/CD pipeline for efficient and automated test execution. Collaborate with Dev Ops teams to ensure smooth deployment processes. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to UI automation. Provide regular reports to stakeholders on the status of UI test automation efforts. Identify training needs within the UI automation team and organize training sessions. Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in UI testing. Skills: • Strong Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Dev Ops Methodologies • ATOP Trained/Experience (TALOS/Jumbo/Connect) • Proficiency in Automated Deployment and Testing • Advanced Skills in Implementing Automation Frameworks such as Selenium-Cucumber, Appium, Test NG, and JUnit using using programming languages such as Java, Python, and Java Script etc. • Test Data Management Experience • Preferred Experience in the Healthcare Domain • Proven Ability to Lead and Mentor QA Teams in Healthcare Projects • Strong Communication and Stakeholder Reporting Skills.
