The ideal candidate will lead quality initiatives, manage audit cycles, and drive continuous process improvements across teams. Key Responsibilities Lead quality initiatives, certifications, and audit cycles Facilitate process implementation and conduct training sessions Perform process reviews and quality audits Collect, analyze, and publish process metrics and insights Identify and suggest process improvements Conduct risk assessments and report early warnings Required Skills Strong understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control concepts Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies , ISO 9001 , and CMMI Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels Self-driven and capable of working independently Proficient in MS Office tools , especially Excel
