Job Role: Full stack developer Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite Website - NUPI runs Multi-Brand Loyalty programs for our Partners and simplify some of the largest global Brands to acquire and retain customers online/offline aiming to be the trusted partner for consumers in their Brand selection process. NUPI provides an all-in-one solution for Loyalty, rewards and recognition to empower brands to maximize their customer acquisition efforts and turn transactional sales into passionate brand advocates. NUPI builds omni channel (website, mobile App or In-store POS machines) CRM tech-solutions for its brand partners to enable community reach. We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on creating seamless and efficient web applications. As a Full Stack Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our loyalty platform, ensuring its optimal performance and user experience. Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using the latest technologies and framework Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions. Take ownership of the complete software development lifecycle, from planning and designing to implementation and testing. Develop both the front-end and back-end components of the application to ensure a seamless user experience. Write efficient and clean code using languages like Postgres, Node JS, React JS, Next JS, Express JS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and their integration with web applications Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring smooth performance and minimal downtime. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to deliver bug-free and user-friendly applications. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and suggest improvements for existing projects. Collaborate with the team on code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain coding standards. Work independently and with minimal supervision, taking complete ownership of assigned projects. Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
