Hi, We are hiring - Company - Global Financial Consultancy Corporate Title - Consultant Functional Title - Consultant Experience - 1-3 Yrs with Big 4 experience Qualification - CA Budget - 6 LPA - 12 LPA 3rd party payroll Role & Responsibilities of the Position in Brief: • Participate in Global Transfer Pricing Projects like BEPS Pillar 2 and its Action items.
• Should have technical knowledge of Transfer pricing regulations globally (compliance, BEPS 2.0 initiatives, Cb C compliance).
• Abreast with Tax changes / Regulations that impact the function.
• Liaison with different teams within Finance, sourcing and analyzing information.
• Assist and support in rolling out and implementing the framework on tax compliance with the BEPS Pillar Two requirements on a global basis.
• Assist in coordinating with the business units and functional leaders as necessary in response to the BEPS Pillar Two requirements including the monitoring of any top-up tax, the filing of the Globe Information Return and any domestic top up tax returns.
• Collate and review data for tax filings, tax computations and tax compliances.
• Manage tax queries from internal stakeholders to ensure they are dealt with appropriately and on timely manner.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with offshore and onshore teams to highlight and resolve issues.
• Interface with various other departments and group companies for tax and transfer pricing matters • Participate in Powai initiative in line with finance goals.
Key Attributes exhibited by the Intern: • At this level, a role holder is required to take responsibility for the accuracy and quality of their own work.
Supervision, advice and guidance will, however be readily available • Exhibit Project Management skills, navigating diverse areas of a project efficiently and seamlessly • In-house tax experience in a fast-paced environment and cross cultures organisation.
• Some level of knowledge on BEPS Pillar Two rules and requirements is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Power Point, working knowledge of some ERP system is preferred.
• Develop understanding and use of a number of clearly defined procedures and processes • Act as a good team player, supporting colleagues and offering assistance when needed • Quick and Eager to Learn and explore both Technical and Semi-Technical work types • Executes priority actions on-time
