We are looking for Salesforce /nCino professionals with the following experience & background.

Position :- nCino /Salesforce -Sr.Developer / Lead

Experience :- 6-10 years

Location :- Bengaluru / we are open to remote working options as well

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Salesforce/nCino Developer to join our team. In this role, they will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that optimize our Salesforce and nCino Bank Operating System environments. They will collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and developers to deliver high-quality digital experiences, ensuring that our solutions drive efficiency and enhance customer experiences for both internal and external users.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development , with expertise in Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Visualforce , and SOQL/SOSL .
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with nCino Bank Operating System , including modules like Loan Origination , Product Catalog , Credit Memo , Collateral Management , and Smart Checklists .
• Extensive experience with Salesforce integration technologies, including REST/SOAP APIs , Web Services , and ETL tools for connecting Salesforce with external systems.
• In-depth knowledge of banking operations , especially Commercial Credit , Business Banking , and Middle Market , with a solid understanding of the end-to-end credit cycle .
• Proficiency in Salesforce automation tools such as Flow , Process Builder , and Workflow Rules .
• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with SCRUM methodologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with nCino UI Configuration , including routes , screen setups , and nCino Smart Checklists .
• Expertise in Salesforce deployment strategies, code merging, and maintaining smooth change management processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• nCino Certifications (e.g., nCino 201 , nCino 301 ) are preferred.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications or equivalent.
• Experience with Salesforce AppExchange solutions.
