It also recorded a strong order inflow of $5.6 billion, up 15.7% year-over-year, highlighting growing demand across its service lines.Key focus areas include Digital Transformation, Enterprise AI, Data & Analytics, and Product Engineering—reflecting its strategic commitment to driving innovation and value for clients across industries.Job Title : VMWare EngineerJob Locations : Pan IndiaExperience : 8+ YearsWork Mode : HybridDetailed JD:Technical Leadership : Lead automation projects and ensure solutions align with business and technical requirements.Code Review : Review code quality and architecture, ensuring that development follows best practices.Mentorship : Mentor junior consultants, helping them improve their skills and understanding of automation and VMware technologies.VMware Infrastructure : Design and implement automation solutions using VMware technologies such as v Sphere, NSX, and v Realize.Workshops with Clients : Conduct technical workshops with clients to gather requirements, understand business needs, and drive solution alignment.Design Documents & Reviews : Create and maintain design documents, and facilitate design reviews with clients to ensure alignment with their needs and expectations.Stakeholder Management : Work closely with clients and teams to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on the latest trends in automation and continuously adapt to new technologies.Skills & Qualifications:Strong knowledge of VMware tools including v Sphere, v Realize, NSX, and other VMware technologies is requiredProficiency in Java Script/Type Script and Python , and other scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Power Shell).Familiarity with Terraform and Ansible is a plus.Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills for conducting workshops and design reviews with clients.Leadership experience in guiding teams and reviewing code.Ability to adapt to new technologies, languages, and platforms quickly.
