Location : Chhatarpur, New Delhi

Department : Finance & Accounting

Experience required: 5 + years.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant to join our corporate finance team. The candidate will assist in managing day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and contribute to financial reporting and analysis. This role is ideal for candidates who are pursuing or have completed the intermediate level of the CA course and have relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting : Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable : Manage invoice processing, payments, and collections to ensure efficient working capital management.
  • Taxation : Assist in preparing and filing GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Audit Support : Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting : Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to help management in decision-making.
  • General Ledger Accounting : Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy in accounting entries and financial data.
  • MIS Reporting : Prepare and analyze monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports to track performance and suggest improvements.
  • Financial Analysis : Perform financial analysis, including ratio analysis, cost analysis, and profitability analysis, to support business strategies.
  • Compliance & Documentation : Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Coordination : Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as required.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel for financial analysis.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of ZOHO is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a corporate or audit firm.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial reporting, taxation, and audit support is preferred.
