We are now searching for a Network Engineer III to join their international team, supporting clients across the globe from India—all in a 100% remote capacity. You’ll work closely with a US-based manager and a collaborative team dedicated to technical excellence and continuous innovation.

What you’ll do:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with GTD-5 switches (5+ years’ experience required)
  • Deliver Tier 3 telephony and hardware support, including fault isolation and resolution
  • Interface with customers, support teams, and vendors to resolve network problems
  • Guide field teams on proper trouble isolation and hardware replacement
  • Document internal processes and mentor other engineers
  • Ensure accurate, timely ticket updates and participate in an on-call rotation

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 5 years’ hands-on GTD-5 hardware support and telephony troubleshooting
  • Experience with call processing and translations
  • Familiarity with central office procedures and ISO27001 compliance
  • Strong communication, customer focus, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently from home and manage time effectively
  • Degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
