The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining database-driven applications while ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL stored procedures, packages, functions, and triggers.- Develop and maintain applications using Oracle Forms & Reports.- Enhance existing applications and troubleshoot production issues effectively.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Develop backend components and support integration using Java where required.- Perform database performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting.- Ensure data integrity, application security, and compliances.- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and documentation activities.- Support deployment and post-production activities.Required Skills & Qualifications- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.- Strong experience in Oracle Forms & Reports.- Good knowledge of Core Java (for integration or backend support).- Solid understanding of relational database concepts, performance tuning, and SQL optimization.- Experience with Oracle 10g/11g/12c environments.- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.RequirementsRequirements- Should possess good communication skills in order to interact with the customer daily- Should be ready for attending late night scrum calls- Should be a good listener to during requirement and design discussion
