Role Description We are seeking a skilled LLM Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This contract-based role requires working from our Bengaluru office with flexibility for remote work. The LLM Engineer will develop, fine-tune, and optimize large language models (LLMs) to support various business applications. Responsibilities include conducting research, building applications using LLM frameworks, integrating APIs with machine learning systems, and ensuring scalable and efficient performance. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align machine learning solutions with organizational goals. Title: LLM Engineer Experience : 4+ yrs Location : Noida , Gurgaon, Bangalore ,Pune Hire Mode : Contact Roles & Responsibilities (R&R): Build GenAI applications such as answering engines, information extraction modules, and content authoring systems. Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and emerging orchestration tools. Build Agentic AI systems (Autonomous, Reasoning Based and Multi agentic systems) Build custom GenAI platform components incl including vector database operations, caching layers, chunking strategies, embeddings Leverage leading industry GenAI platforms like Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Databricks, Dataiku Craft, test, and optimize prompting strategies (zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought, function calling, structured output) to align outputs with business requirements. Scale GenAI applications for high concurrency, large datasets, and low latency response times. Build and maintain robust APIs (FastAPI or similar) for seamless integration into products and platforms. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate GenAI capabilities into production grade features. Stay ahead of emerging GenAI trends (agent frameworks, evaluation tools, synthetic data, fine-tuning methods, guardrails & responsible AI frameworks). Must Have Skills Programming: Python (Advanced), FastAPI Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure (hands-on experience) Gen AI: LangChain, LlamaIndex (or equivalents), Agentic AI frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI, Vector DB (like Pinecone or OpenSearch), Managed or Hosted LLM APIs, Context engineering GenAI Platforms : Azure Open AI / AWS Bedrock / Databricks / Dataiku Software Engineering: System Design, Microservices, Distributed systems, Event driven architectures, SDLC Good to Have Skills MLOps / DevOps: CI/CD, Kubernetes, containerization, model monitoring UI : ReactJS Product Development: Experience building AI products Responsible AI & Guardrails: Tools like Guardrails AI, Pydantic, RAIL, or Azure AI Content Safety Experience Overall: 2+ years in software engineering / data science Relevant GenAI development: 1+ years (hands-on projects)
