Job Summary:

The Red Fox Makeup Academy is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience. The Social Media Strategist will play a key role in building and maintaining the brand image of The Red Fox Makeup Academy through compelling content, community engagement, and strategic campaigns.

Responsibilities:

 

1. Social Media Strategy Development:

* Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies in alignment with the overall marketing objectives.

* Research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, to ensure the academy remains at the forefront of digital marketing.

2. Content Creation and Management:

* Create engaging and visually appealing content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

* Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce high-quality multimedia content, such as images, videos, and graphics.

3. Community Engagement:

* Build and foster a strong online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and participating in relevant conversations.

* Monitor social media channels for trends, discussions, and user-generated content related to the makeup industry.

4. Campaign Development and Execution:

* Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote events, courses, and other academy initiatives.

* Analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for future strategies.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts.

* Google Ads & Meta Ads execution & Monitoring

* Prepare regular reports on social media analytics and present insights to the management team.

6. Collaboration and Cross-functional Communication:

* Work closely with the marketing, design, and education teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.

* Collaborate with influencers and industry professionals for partnerships and content collaboration.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.

· In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

· Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
