Our in-house team provides detailed engineering, feasibility surveys, and post-installation services to ensure sustainable and efficient execution of solar projects.Role DescriptionWe are seeking full-time Operations and Maintenance Engineers to join our team in Vadodara. This on-site role involves the planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the optimal performance of solar power systems. The engineer will oversee maintenance operations, coordinate with teams to ensure timely support, and ensure adherence to all safety and quality standards.QualificationsDiploma/B.Tech (Electrical)Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for solar energy systemsKnowledge and expertise in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance ManagementA strong background in Electrical Engineering, including knowledge of solar systems and related technologiesEffective Communication skills for cross-team collaboration and reportingAbility to think critically and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environmentRelevant certifications or training in renewable energy or electrical maintenance are advantageous3 years of experience in solar energy systems maintenance is preferredKey Responsibilities:Visit sites for issue resolutionHandle inverter faultsPerform PM/BM activitiesTrain customersMaintain service recordsRequired Skills:Inverter diagnosticsAC/DC systemsStrong communicationO&M monitoring toolsWhat We Offer:Key O&M roleCustomer-facing technical growthApply Now :If you're passionate and ready to build your career with us, we’d love to hear from youYou can also Email us your CV to:
