Assoicate Manager

Overview: We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in IoT and Industry 4.0 to spearhead digital manufacturing initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. The ideal candidate will combine technical acumen with functional expertise, excelling in client engagement, innovation, solution development, and project execution. Experience: 6+ years Responsibilities: · Lead the development and delivery of smart manufacturing solutions, working alongside technical and functional teams. · Drive innovation in Industry 4.0 by creating assets and accelerators to identify new business opportunities. · Collaborate with clients to design and implement Industry 4.0 solutions, including the execution of proofs of concept. · Facilitate workshops with clients to enable large-scale digital transformation projects. · Lead team development efforts to stay updated on emerging technologies and trends. Skills and Qualifications: · Strong understanding of process and discrete manufacturing systems, including production lines, equipment, procedures, and unit operations. · Solid knowledge of manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, asset uptime, production throughput, yield, and energy management. · Extensive experience in building data management solutions (extraction and transformation) for various OT and IT manufacturing data sources like PLC, SCADA, Historians, MES, DCS, and quality systems. · Proven experience in implementing solutions using Modbus, OPC UA, TCP/IP communication protocols. · Expertise in applying statistical and analytical methods to solve manufacturing challenges. · Strong background in working with major cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. · Proficiency in programming languages like Python and PySpark. · Experience with IoT technologies such as Azure IoTHub, EdgeOps, Edge platforms, Linux, NVIDIA, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD. · Knowledge of industrial automation (PLC, SCADA) and familiarity with manufacturing processes in sectors like automotive and cement. · Experience in conceptual and logical data modelling for manufacturing. · Understanding of machine learning solution constructs (hands-on experience not required). · Experience using agile tools such as Jira, DevOps, and Git.
