Customer Care & Sales Support Executive (UK Energy Market) – Remote / Delhi NCR Location: Remote (India) – Delhi NCR Shift: #Energyex is a UK-based consultancy specialising in utilities, cleaning, and property management solutions for housing associations and commercial clients. We manage the full lifecycle — from energy procurement and invoice validation to cleaning operations and rebate reporting — providing end-to-end operational support. We are now expanding into a BPO Hub in Delhi to serve our growing UK client base. #We’re hiring an experienced Customer Care & Sales Support Executive with a background in sales, client communication, and back-office coordination to manage day-to-day UK client operations. You’ll handle supplier communication, quotations, contracts, and CRM updates while supporting sales and lead conversion . The ideal candidate combines customer service excellence with a sales-driven mindset and has hands-on experience with UK energy suppliers or brokers. #Manage CRM data (MPAN/MPRN, supplier info, contract dates). Support new lead qualification and conversion through Energyex’s lead system.
