We are seeking an experienced Project Assistant to manage and deliver language services projects efficiently, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor translation, interpretation, and localization projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
Maintain project documentation and prepare progress/status reports.
Graduate in languages, business administration, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in project coordination (preferably in language services or related industries).
Excellent verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CAT tools/DTP software preferred.
Opportunity to work with reputed domestic and international clients.
Exposure to diverse projects across multiple industries.
