Policy & Process Design: Create scalable HR policies, frameworks, and systems suitable for a fast-paced, growth-oriented setup.
Learning & Development: Identify capability gaps and design agile training initiatives to upskill employees.
Compensation & Benefits: Benchmark salaries, design competitive C&B structures, and ensure fairness and compliance.
People Analytics: Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making around talent, performance, and retention.
Strategic HR Partner: Work closely with leadership to align people strategy with business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
10 years of HR experience, startup experience is a must.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
