The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and support high-growth initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business teams to drive revenue growth, cost control, and margin optimizationLead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis cyclesReview commercials for new deals ensuring margin compliance and cost coverageConduct cost-benefit, trend, and scenario analyses at BU levelSupport business case development and ROI modeling for strategic investmentsDesign and manage planning models (AOPs, rolling forecasts, actuals)Prepare financial presentations and reports for senior leadershipDeliver ad-hoc analysis and support commercial decision-makingMust-Have QualificationsBTech + MBA with minimum 6 years of experience in FP&A and Business FinancePrior experience in IT Product or IT Services companies is mandatoryStrong working knowledge of SAP , Microsoft Excel, and Power PointDeep understanding of accounting frameworks, revenue recognition, and regulatory mattersExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred SkillsExposure to fundraising , due diligence , and M&A activitiesExperience supporting investment proposals and strategic financial initiativesAbility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentAbout the Hiring OrganizationThe company is a leading Digital Airport Technology provider , transforming airport operations through IT managed services, digital platforms, and engineering-led innovation.
