Job Summary:Are you inquisitive, creative, hardworking, and driven?If you are, we are looking for a (Senior) Research Executive to be part our team passionate about bringing compelling levels of insights to our partners, and ensuring the long-term revenue growth for Kantar Worldpanel India.This is an exciting role which will provide you with a blended development focus from on-the-job experience, exposure and exchange of knowledge with others, and more formal education as you look to take the next step in your careerWHAT YOU’D DO:Analysis & InsightData extraction, analysis and story buildingManaging projects making sure that key milestones are hit, keeping client up-to-date at all timesDig deep into the data – using the enquiry software and other tools – to extract incisive and business-oriented “actionable” insightsPreparing and delivering presentations; building category, cross category and industry knowledge from project to project, making sure previous learning is built upon and shared fullyClient PartnershipResponsible for managing existing set of clients and building strong relationship with themUnderstanding client business issues & ensuring expectations are met, managing project deliverablesAnswering clients business questions and providing solutionsEnsuring continuous engagement with a set of clients given to handleManaging client meetings and presentationsBuilding meaningful conversations with clients which can help in value generation for both client and KWPResponsibilities will also include:Writing Research Proposals, Developing QuestionnairesInteracting with the Field, Analysis, PMT and other relevant teams to ensure smooth operationsWHAT YOU’D BRING:A Positive AttitudeMBA0-3 years’ experience in Market Research, with proven value delivery to clientsAble to draw insights and answer client business questionsGood data interpretationGood communication skillsStrong presentation skillsProficient in MS Excel & MS PowerPointWhy join Kantar?We shape the brands of tomorrow by better understanding people everywhere.
