Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst at Zaptech Solutions in Ahmedabad. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and driving operational efficiency. The role involves close communication with stakeholders and active collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives are met.
Key Responsibility
- Analyze and document business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of business goals with technical solutions.
- Communicate insights and plans clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure projects meet business needs and requirements.
- Conduct process improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Analysis and Business Process Improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or a related discipline is a plus.
