(Computers) with minimum 5 years of experienceTechnical ExperienceMinimum 2 years in:Windows/Linux System AdministrationConfiguration, patching, operations, and day-to-day managementExperience in:Implementing, managing, and troubleshooting Container Security SolutionsWorking with SIEM , Vulnerability Management , and Patch Management SolutionsMust hold valid OEM certification for the offered container security solutionRoles & ResponsibilitiesThe Resident Engineer will be responsible for:Installation, configuration, and maintenance of all security solutions (physical/virtual)Patch management , upgrades, and fixesIntegration with CI/CD pipelines for DevSecOpsSupport for performance, health checks, and complex operational/security issuesMigration from proprietary/closed source to OSS toolsMonitoring and administration of all offered solutionsSupport to application teams for resolving security concerns and OSS vulnerabilitiesConducting technical sessions and hands-on training for developersOnboarding support for legacy and new-age applicationsGuidance for deployment across environments (Dev, UAT, Staging, Production)Use of ITSM tools for approvals and task trackingExpert troubleshooting on demandHands-on sessions post onboardingAny other related tasks as required
