We are seeking an experienced HR - Learning & Development (L&D) Manager with specialized expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) to oversee the management and optimization of our LMS platform, and the creation and maintenance of high-quality learning content. This role is responsible for ensuring that all employee training activities are properly recorded in the LMS, and will drive the creation of engaging, impactful training programs that enhance employee learning experiences. The ideal candidate will also have experience in the manufacturing or energy sector, as the role will involve developing technical training content in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs).
