Job Title: Head – Technical (Heavy Electric Vehicle) As Head – Engineering (Heavy Electric Vehicle) – individual will drive all technology and product-related functions for the organization. The person must have experience in technical leadership in design, development and analysis of electro-mechanical systems and controls. Delivering high-quality outcomes and responsible for driving technical innovation, managing engineering projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products and solutions for the organization as per business needs. Ideal Experience: 20 – 25 years of experience in a Technology and Product leadership capacity in a business related to energy storage, and/or automotive with experience of vast and complex system development. Education: B.E./ Tech /Automotive Engineering from premium Institute. Must have in-depth knowledge of Automotive HARDWARE (mechanical, electrical, electronics, embedded systems) and SOFTWARE (design, development, testing of drivers & firmware) engineering. Designing, developing, prototyping and testing of Electric Vehicle batteries, powertrain and other electromechanical components. Develops budgets, policies & procedures to support functional infrastructure. Involves planning, managing, and supervising the design, development, testing and integration of systems, products, or processes (Hardware & Software).
