Manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, preferably in recruitment mobilisation.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to win new business and consistently meet or exceed targets.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
