The role involves supporting, enhancing, and optimizing the Service Now platform across multiple modules.Required Skills & Experience4–12 years of hands-on technical expertise in Service Now.Strong knowledge of Service Now development (Java Script, workflows, business rules, client scripts, integrations).Experience in at least one or more modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, HRSD, FSM.Exposure to Service Now integrations with third-party applications/tools.Service Now certifications (CSA, CIS in ITSM/ITOM/other modules) preferred.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
