The Oracle Supply Chain Planning Functional Lead provides end-to-end solutions that address clients’ business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning modules.
What will you do?
• Work closely with the client to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Oracle Cloud applications.
• Should be able to conceptualize the solution and should be able to present/demo to the customer.
• Resolve functional and technical issues.
• Responsible for the knowledge transfer of business requirements to the application developers.
Required Skills:
• A minimum of 10+ years of Functional experience in Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud with experience in Support and implementation
• Should have hands-on experience in Demand and Supply Planning, ATP, GOP and Capacity Planning
• Respond to and resolve priority incidents/tickets. Provide status and process area updates.
• Validates prioritization and categorization of tickets, changes, and enhancements with the business.
• Interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with clients.
• Available for on-call 24x7 support for Priority1 issues.
• Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning certification is preferred.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 10 to 12 years of experience in the IT profession.
