We are currently looking for a Python/Django developer to join our team. This role is initially on a probationary basis for three months, with a monthly stipend of 20,000 INR. Following a successful evaluation period, a permanent position will be offered.
Responsibilities
Analyze project feasibility with the entire team and contribute to optimum planning and architecture for smooth, effective, and relevant problem-solving development.
Optimize existing features for better performance.
Ensure the quality of our codebase.
Work closely with our design team, coordinators, architect, and project owner to create a feasible, scalable, performance-oriented, and self-explanatory (code) backend.
Collaborate with our front-end developers and DevOps in planning the optimum approach to handling the backend.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks and defects.
Maintain our high standards of quality and performance across all platforms.
Contribute to our open-source projects.
Qualifications
Strong grasp of Python and Django.
Prior experience with Django or similar Python frameworks.
Passion for code and a willingness to keep up with the latest trends.
Willingness to learn and use new technologies.
Experience with code versioning tools (e.g., Git).
Experience collaborating with DevOps to ensure efficient and effective deployment.

Job Offer: Successful candidates can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 5 lac per annum upon conversion to a permanent employee.
