As a Senior Architect- Workplace Designer, the role requires the ability to think outside the box and collaborate with clients, project managers, and architects to design and deliver. Conceptual Design: ∙Create conceptual design proposals that encompass space planning, color schemes, furniture Prepare mood boards, 3D renderings, and presentations to effectively convey design concepts to Space Planning and Layout: ∙aesthetic and performance goals. ∙Create project budgets and timelines, and work within budget constraints to deliver cost- effective design solutions. ∙Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. ∙Provide design guidance throughout the construction and installation phases. Project Documentation: ∙Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction and Maintain accurate project records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Quality Control: ∙Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the design is being implemented as planned and meets quality standards. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior design or a related field. ∙Minimum of 4- 8 years of experience in the design and build industry or a related field. ∙Proven experience in corporate interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects. ∙Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup, Revit, and Photoshop. ∙Project management experience is a plus. ∙design. ∙Engaging work culture, freedom with responsibility. ∙ Opportunity to grow, learn and inspire. ∙
