The ideal candidate has strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience hiring for US-based engineering positions.Responsibilities:Source, screen, and qualify Engineering candidates (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Manufacturing, Hardware, Robotics, etc.)Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer supportUtilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, and Boolean searches to identify top talentWork closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirementsBuild and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering rolesConduct initial technical screening and assess candidate job fitCoordinate interviews and provide seamless candidate experienceQualifications:1–3+ years of engineering/technical recruiting experience (US market preferred)Strong knowledge of engineering job families (design, R&D, validation, simulation, controls, systems, etc.)Experience sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and niche engineering platformsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
