Dear Members :

We are looking for dynamic young B Pharm / D pharma professionals with sales experience for Hyderabad .

Experience - 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales.

Role Responsibilities:

Engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) at clinics and hospitals.

Engage with HCPs regarding topics like Red Flags for LSDs, Differential Diagnosis Pathways

Educate HCPs about the Diagnostic Program aimed at diagnosing rare diseases like Gaucher, Pompe, ASMD, MPS-1, and Fabry’s Disease.

Onboard interested HCPs into the program and update the CRM system with their details.

Ongoing Engagement:

Establish regular follow-ups with onboarded HCPs to provide continued education and program support.

Ensure HCPs actively onboard patients to the Diagnostic program and facilitate the diagnostic process.

Program Implementation:

Provide enrolled HCPs with clinical pro forma and DBS kits for patient onboarding.

Assist HCPs in booking diagnostic tests or collecting blood samples using the DBS kits.

Facilitate test bookings through the Medical Representatives/Field Counsellors.

Reporting:

Monitor and maintain records of HCP activity and patient onboarding status.

Ensure that onboarded HCPs are regularly engaged and educated to maximize patient onboarding on the Diagnostic program.

Address HCP queries and troubleshoot any issues to streamline the program workflow.

Proactively identify potential HCPs to expand program outreach and maintain a healthy pipeline of interested participants.

Submit timely updates to management, providing insights on HCP engagement,
