As a part of this expansion, we are looking for a Mid-level UI/UX Designer to join our award-winning digital team.As a part of this role, you will be responsible for,Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineersBuild low and high-fidelity production-ready design, storyboard, and style guideCreating systems and workflows for the teamDevelop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look likeUnderstanding and managing design systemsPrepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholdersAdvise and work closely with designers to determine the best controls and inputsIdentify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedbackAdhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and imagesTrain new designers joining the team and ensure the highest level of design practicesTo be successful in this role, you must have,3+ years of work experience in relevant fields of UI UX DesignStrong understanding of Human-Computer interactionHands-on experience working with tools/platforms like Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Invision, etc.Strong in Interaction design and Visual design for desktop and mobileProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite such as XD, Photoshop and IllustratorProficiency in end-to-end design processShould have experience in user research and usability testing and holds a strong knowledge of user research methodologiesArchitect user interaction solutions based on sound usability principles, research, and technical feasibilityTeam spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholdersGood time-management skillsStrong analytical ability to investigate problem statements and solve complicated use casesAbility to solve problems creatively and effectivelyProven thought leader & trusted advisor.It would be nice if you have any extra skills such as,Knowledge and experience in Cinema4D, and 3D design will be a plusCompensation Package: 3-7 LPAWhat you will get as a rewardOpportunity for continuous growthAbility to be part of a core leadership team and drive decisionsWorking with a highly skilled team who prides in the excellence of their solutionGreenfield setup to match your career path.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and solutions.If you’re passionate about designing products with rich user interfaces and user experience, we would like to meet you.
