We are the market leader in clinical genomic space in India and offers a comprehensive range of diagnostic services to doctors and researchers. We operate the largest CAP accredited Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) lab in Southeast Asia housing cutting-edge genome sequencing platforms. We have an exciting opportunity for the position of Bioinformatics Quality Engineer in Bengaluru location. It is a full time and work from office opportunity. Skills and Experience Required: ~3–4 years’ hands-on experience with clinical NGS pipelines . ~ Proficiency in Python, R, Bash; Linux/Unix, Mysql etc. ~ Familiarity with variant calling, annotation tools, and clinical databases (ClinVar, gnomAD, COSMIC). ~ Strong understanding of CAP/NABL compliance, QC, and clinical reporting standards . ~ Define and monitor QC metrics; troubleshoot sequencing and analysis failures. ~ Automate workflows using Python/R/Bash and workflow managers (Nextflow, Snakemake, etc.). ~ Ensure compliances with CAP, NABL for clinical datasets. ~ Manage secure data archival, retrieval, and reporting for clinical studies. ~ Collaborate with cross teams, reporting teams, lab teams, production and software engineers; Master’s in Bioinformatics/Genomics/Computational Biology (PhD a plus).
