We have taken care in creating a rewarding and challenging work environment that encourages talent to grow professionally and personally.Interested Candidates can apply on Requirements:Customer Interaction & ServiceHandle inquiries related to accident repairs, insurance claims, and Bodyshop services.Provide professional advice and guidance on repair processes, timelines, and repair updates.Keep customers informed on job progress, ensuring transparency and trust.Roles & Responsibility:Assess repair estimates using relevant software and technical knowledge.Assist in processing insurance claims, in close coordination with insurance surveyors and assessors.Update service records and ensure proper documentation.Coordination with workshop team and escalation to workshop management to ensure smooth workflow.Monitor repair status, quality of work, and adherence to delivery deadlines.Ensure availability of required spare parts and escalate issues where needed.Education qualification:Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering or relevant field (preferred).Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Bodyshop Advisor, Service Advisor, or similar role.Familiarity with insurance claim process and Bodyshop operations
