About the Role: Sungrow, a pioneer in renewable energy technology, is seeking a Finance Manager (fluent in Chinese and English) to join our team in India. This role will have overall responsibility for the financial and tax management of two legal entities within the country, focusing on Sales and Manufacturing. As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our local subsidiaries operate legally and compliantly, issuing financial statements, and managing tax compliance. Key Responsibilities: Organize accounting, financial management, and cost control activities for local subsidiaries. Issue financial statements, management analysis reports, and cost analysis reports. Supervise local tax compliance and recommend tax planning programs. Communicate and coordinate with local government agencies, including banks, tax, and customs departments. Participate in business audits and provide professional financial support. Complete tasks arranged by the Group Finance Centre. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree or above in finance, taxation, or a related economic discipline. Extensive experience in Indian financial roles, with a preference for manufacturing cost accounting and supply chain management. Proficiency in understanding Indian tax laws, including GST, TDS, CIT, and experience in tax auditing. Fluency in Chinese and strong English skills for working in a full English environment, with excellent external communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work under stress, strong logical thinking, and a willingness to accept long-term expatriate assignments. A proactive work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility are essential.
