Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive Demand Management : Collaborate with industrial and business function managers to assess their SAP-supported process needs. Propose solutions and developments, leading to a comprehensive project plan, including specific requirements and business case (Business Project Proposal).
  • Partner Selection & Management : Assist the IT Manager in identifying and selecting suitable SAP development partners, overseeing their involvement in all project phases—from feasibility analysis and technical solution design to development and production deployment.
  • Client Engagement : Engage internal clients throughout the SAP project lifecycle, from defining their needs and mapping current processes to shaping new processes, managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and conducting training before production rollout.
  • SAP Key User Group : Promote and maintain a group of advanced SAP Key Users, who are experts in their work area processes. Ensure they stay updated on SAP developments, propose improvements and new needs, and act as the first point of contact for basic SAP user training and support.
  • SAP Support & Troubleshooting : Provide assistance and manage user requests or tickets related to SAP. Monitor and analyze application issues, intervening as needed by coordinating with external providers.


Professional Requirements

  • Extensive experience in managing SAP implementation projects, specifically ERP and WMS modules
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in manufacturing companies using SAP


Language Proficiency

  • Fluent English
